The Big Win 2022 Campaign Terms & Conditions
- The Big Win 2022 campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser’’) from 4th June 2022 until 26th June 2022 (both dates inclusive) at Alamanda Shopping Centre only.
- Campaign mechanics:
- Redemption – Spend RM300 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at specialty stores to receive a RM30 Alamanda shopping voucher.
- Contest – Additional on top of receiving the RM30 Alamanda voucher, Shoppers will receive a contest entry form for a chance to win a Proton X50 Flagship (Prize).
- Get an additional contest entry form for every RM300 spend, subject to maximum of 3 entry forms per shopper per day.
- Special privilege – Customers of The Apple Auto Services & Tyres and members of iPJH will receive an additional contest entry form, subject to maximum of 4 entry forms per shopper per day.
- Eligibility to participate in the Campaign
- Redemption – Shoppers must spend RM300 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any specialty stores to receive a RM30 Alamanda shopping voucher.
- Contest – Additional on top of the RM30 Alamanda voucher, Shoppers will receive a contest entry form for a chance to win the Prize.
- Get an additional contest entry form for every RM300 spend; subject to maximum of 3 entry forms per shopper per day.
- Special privilege – Customers of The Apple Auto Services & Tyres and members of iPJH will receive an additional contest entry form, subject to maximum of 4 entry forms per shopper per day.
- Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at specialty stores in Alamanda Shopping Centre excluding Aeon Big, Parkson Grand, GSC Cinema, Cold Storage, RASA Food court, pushcarts, promotional leasing kiosks and POS Malaysia.
- Redemption of RM30 Alamanda shopping voucher and participation in the contest to win the Prize must be made on the same day of purchase.
- Shoppers must be at least 18 years and above of age on or before 4th June 2022.
- Shoppers must retain original receipt(s) for verification purpose.
- Organiser’s tenants, suppliers (including its respective subsidiaries), employees and respective immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.
- The Organiser reserves the right to reject any contest entries or disqualify any Shopper without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- In order to participate in the contest to win the Prize, Shoppers are required to provide their complete personal information (name, mobile number, Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/ MyPR), passport number for foreign nationalities and email address) on the
contest form. And Shopper must answer the question “What is the minimum spend required to be eligible for this contest?”. - Contest forms that are incomplete, unclear and/or not in satisfactory manner howsoever will be disqualified at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.
- Prizes
- A total of two thousand one hundred eighty-five (2,185) pieces of RM30 Alamanda shopping vouchers each are available for redemption. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day, while stocks last.
- A total of one (1) Proton X50 Flagship car is available as the Prize for the contest.
- The Organiser’s decision is final and binding and no appeals will be entertained.
- The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the redemption items and Prize with other redemption items or Prizes of similar value without prior notice and without compensation.
- Prizes are given on an ‘as is’ basis, not transferable, not exchangeable for cash or in kind whether in part or full, not refundable and not returnable.
- Prizes are subject to the Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its agents are not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prizes details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser and for any act or default by any vendor or third-party supplier.
- The Organiser’s decision is final and absolute, and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
- Proton X50 Flagship car contest – winners’ selection
- A closed-door lucky draw from a pool of entries will be organised at Alamanda. Shopping Centre Management Office to pick one winner from the submitted contest entry forms.
- Winner will be notified by the Organiser up to a maximum of three (3) attempts via phone, email and SMS. The winner will be required to respond within three (3) days.
- The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reason. The Organiser reserves the right to select another winner upon 3 failed attempts to contact the winner.
- Winner will be announced at Alamanda Shopping Centre website www.alamanda.com.my .
- Collection of Lucky Draw Prize (Proton X50 Flagship car)
- Winner is required to be present and participate in the prize presentation ceremony gimmick to be held at Alamanda Shopping Centre.
- The prize presentation ceremony is scheduled to be on 29th July 2022 (subject to changes by the Organiser).
- Winner will collect the Prize on the same night, after the prize presentation ceremony day and after 10pm when Alamanda Shopping Centre has closed their business day. This is subject to the Prize being available and winner having paid for road tax and insurance and registered the Prize successfully under their name with assistance from Proton dealer prior to the prize presentation ceremony.
- If due to unforeseen circumstances, the Prize is only available after the prize presentation ceremony, winner will attend the prize presentation ceremony first and collect the Prize directly from the Proton car dealer after the prize presentation ceremony when the Prize is available. At the prize presentation ceremony, a test drive car will be utilized for the ceremony and photoshoot.
- In the event that the winner is unable to collect his/her Prize in person, winner may appoint his/her representative through submission of an authorisation letter.
- Winner must produce the official email or SMS or WhatsApp provided by the Organiser, personal identification card (MyKad, MyPR or passport) and original receipts of purchases to claim the Prize. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any claim should the winner fail to produce any of the required documents.
- Winners shall bear their own travelling and personal expenses to collect the Prize. Winners are responsible for their safety during the journey to and from Alamanda Shopping Centre. Organiser will not be held responsible for any cause of personal injury / death / loss of property.
- Winner must pay for the road tax and insurance for the Prize with assistance from the Proton car dealer before registering the Prize under his / her name. If winner fails to pay road tax and/or insurance or unable to register the Prize under his / her name, Organiser will pick another winner from the submitted contest entry forms.
- By participating in this Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
- to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
- to have consented to the Organiser to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, communications and purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
- to have released the Organiser from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes.
- to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation.
- The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any of the Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against the Organiser for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
