Bola Bola Alamanda e-Games Football Competition Rules & Regulations
- General Rules
- Participation is open to shoppers who have successfully redeemed a “Bola Bola Experience” Pass
- Participants must register at the Concierge Counter and select an available competition time slot.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to slot availability.
- Each participant is allowed to compete only once throughout the campaign period.
- Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate.
- All participants must check in at the competition area at least fifteen (15) minutes before their scheduled match otherwise the Organiser may disqualify the late participants and award a walkover victory to the opponent.
- Organiser will oversee all matches and record match results.
- The tournament will be conducted in a Single Elimination (Knockout) format.
- Tournament pairings and match schedules will be determined by the Organiser.
- Game Settings & Equipment
Equipment- All matches will be played using EA SPORTS FC on the gaming platform designated by the Organiser.
- Participants may use their own controller, subject to approval from Organiser.
Game Settings
All game settings will be pre-configured by the Organiser:- Match Type: Friendly Match
- Team Selection: Country vs Country only
- Difficulty Level: Legendary
- Camera Setting: Default
- Ball Type: Default
- Match Length: 6 Minutes per Half
- Game Speed: Normal
- Injuries: On
- Fatigue: On
- Tournament Format
- All matches will be played as a Best-of-One (BO1) format.
- Participants may select any available national team.
- Both players are not allowed to select the same national team.
- The Home Team selection will be determined by “Rock-Paper-Scissors”
- The winner of each match advances to the next round.
- Match Rules
- If a match ends in a draw, the winner will be determined through Extra Time followed by a Penalty Shootout if required.
- Mercy Rule: If a participant gains a lead of six (6) goals or more, the match will immediately end and the leading participant will be declared the winner.
- The Mercy Rule will not apply during the Semi-Finals and Finals.
- A participant who fails to attend a scheduled match will forfeit the match and a 3-0 walkovervictory will be awarded to the opponent.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants who cheats, exploit game glitches, display unruly and offensive behaviour or cause disruptions will be disqualified.
- All gaming equipment used during the competition is the property of the Organiser. Participants must handle all equipment with care. Any participants who intentionally or negligently damage any of the tournament equipment may be disqualified and be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
- Disclaimer
By participating in the Contest, participants are deemed:- To have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- To have consented to the Organiser to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, communications, and purposes which are necessary or related to participation in this Campaign.
- To have released the Organiser from any liability, injury, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from competition and the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the rewards or prizes in relation to this Contest.
- To have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Contest without any claim for payment nor compensation whatsoever.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Contest in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions in relation thereto at any time as it deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such changes, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not give the participants any right to claim compensation whatsoever against the Organiser for any or all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the participants whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of changes, cancellation, termination or suspension.
