VIKids Carnival 2024 Campaign
- 1.VIKids Carnival 2024 campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser’’) from 23 February 2024 until 10 March 2024 (both dates inclusive) at Alamanda Shopping Centre only.
- 2.VIKids Carnival Campaign mechanics:
- VIKids Rewards
Spend RM300 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any specialty stores to receive a kids’ blanket. - FREE Carnival Pass
- VIKids receive a Carnival Pass for games, arts & crafts and gifts at the Carnival.
- Wheel of Prizes
- VIKids that complete three (3) arts & crafts will get a chance to spin the Wheel of Prizes to win a prize.
- VIKids Rewards
- 3. Eligibility to participate in the VIKids Rewards:
- VIKids Rewards : Shoppers must spend RM300 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any specialty stores to receive a kids’ blanket.
- Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any specialty stores in Alamanda Shopping Centre excluding AEON Big, Parkson Grand, Cold Storage, RASA food court, pushcarts, promotional leasing kiosks and any payment of utility bills (e.g. telephone, electricity etc.).
- Redemption of rewards must be made on the same day of purchase. d. Shoppers are ineligible to participate in the VIKids Rewards for original receipts issued by using Alamanda Shopping Vouchers (from Alamanda’s other campaigns) either in full or in part of the purchase price.
- Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before 23 February 2024.
- Shoppers must retain the original receipt(s) for verification purposes.
- Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper per day, while stocks last
- The Organiser’s tenants and suppliers (including its respective subsidiaries) are ineligible to participate in the VIKids Rewards.
- 4. Eligibility to collect the Free Carnival Pass:
- VIKids members, either existing or new members. Non VIKids can become VIKids member by spending a minimum of RM50 in a single receipt at any specialty stores.
- Limited to one (1) Free Carnival Pass per VIKids per day, while stocks last.
- Limited to a maximum of two (2) VIKids per family per day.
- Organiser’s tenants and suppliers (including its respective subsidiaries) are ineligible to participate in the Free Carnival Pass.
- 5. Eligibility to collect prizes by spinning the Wheel of Prizes:
- Once VIKids completed three (3) arts and craft activities i.e Create a Colourful Windmill, Build Your Own Plane and Fun Colouring activity will get a chance to spin the Wheel of Prizes to win prizes.
- Limited to one (1) spin of the Wheel of Prizes and one (1) prize per VIKids per day, while stocks last.
- Limited to maximum of 2 VIKids per family per day.
- 6.By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
- to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
- to have consented to the Organiser to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, communications, and purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
- to have released the Organiser from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the VIKids Rewards, Carnival Pass, gifts and prizes received from the Wheel of Prizes.
- to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation whatsoever.
- 7. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any of the Terms and Conditions at any time as it deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation whatsoever against the Organiser for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
